Phase 2 Performance Horses is proud to be operating out of Kinross Farm in Middleburg, Virginia. Kinross is an extraordinary equestrian estate conveniently located 10 minutes outside of the charming town of Middleburg off of the Atoka road. Its location is only one of the incredible qualities this facility has to offer. The farm spans hundreds of aces in the prestigious Orange County Hunt country, making for some of the best ride out in the area! Facilities include a magnificent 20-stall barn with a beautiful indoor arena, spacious outdoor jump ring, dressage ring, training exercise track and plenty of large, lush paddocks. We are so lucky to have landed in such a nice place to operate Phase 2 Performance Horses!
